摘要

妊娠期过敏性鼻炎患者在临床十分常见，复发率极高。本文总结1例热奄包联合艾灸疗法治疗妊娠期过敏性鼻炎患者的护理效果。通过对患者在申时实施肺腧穴、脾腧穴热奄包疗法联合迎香穴及印堂穴全息艾灸疗法，患者鼻塞、鼻痒及流涕等临床症状得到改善。在子午流注理论、全息生物理论及经络学说理论指导下实施热奄包及艾灸疗法，为妊娠期过敏性鼻炎患者提供了更为广阔的治疗及护理思路，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Allergic rhinitis during pregnancy is highly prevalent clinically with a high recurrence rate. This report summarizes the nursing outcomes of a case involving a pregnant patient with allergic rhinitis treated with Hot Medicated Compress combined with Moxibustion therapy. By applying the Hot Medicated Compress to the Feishu （BL13） and Pishu （BL20） acupoints during the Shen period （3-5 PM）， combined with holographic Moxibustion therapy at the Yingxiang （LI20） and Yintang （EX-HN3） acupoints， the patient's clinical symptoms—including nasal congestion， nasal itching， and rhinorrhea—were alleviated. The application of Hot Medicated Compress and Moxibustion therapy， guided by the Midnight-Midday Ebb-Flow theory， Holographic Biology theory， and Meridian theory， offers broader therapeutic and nursing perspectives for managing allergic rhinitis in pregnant patients， meriting clinical promotion.
