摘要

本文报道1例痰热郁肺型喘病患者接受循经刮痧与穴位放血联合治疗的护理实践。通过中医辨证施术，根据患者个体情况制定详细护理计划，结合情志调护、呼吸功能锻炼等综合干预措施，以达到清热平喘、消痰止咳及提高患者生活质量的目的。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing practice of a patient with wheezing disease of phlegm-heat stagnation in the lung pattern treated with meridian scraping and bloodletting therapy. Based on syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， a detailed nursing plan was tailored to the patient’s condition， integrating comprehensive interventions such as emotional regulation and respiratory function training. The aim was to clear heat， relieve wheezing， resolve phlegm， suppress cough， and improve the patient’s quality of life.
