摘要

本研究聚焦1例82岁高龄，中医辨证为肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出伴神经根病合并右下肢静脉肌间血栓患者的中西医结合护理实践。通过整合西医对症治疗与中医特色外治技术，结合高龄患者生理特点制定差异化护理方案，并引入量化评估工具动态监测疗效，以期为同类复杂骨伤病例提供具有中医特色的护理范式。

Abstract

This study presents an integrated nursing approach for an 82-year-old patient diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation and radiculopathy （TCM pattern： liver-kidney deficiency） complicated by right lower limb muscular vein thrombosis. Combining Western symptomatic treatment with TCM external therapies， a differentiated nursing plan was tailored to the physiological characteristics of elderly patients. Quantitative assessment tools were employed for dynamic efficacy monitoring， aiming to establish a TCM-featured nursing paradigm for complex orthopedic cases.
