摘要

本文总结运用叙事护理联合动机访谈提高1例青年透析患者依从性影响的护理经验。通过Morisky服药依从性量表（MMAS-8）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale， HAMA）评估其依从性及焦虑状态。根据护理评估及诊断结果，在常规护理（饮食、运动及情志护理）基础上采用叙事护理联合动机访谈方式，有效缓解患者焦虑状态，效果显著，提高患者治疗依从性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of improving treatment adherence in a young dialysis patient through the integration of narrative nursing and motivational interviewing. The patient's adherence and anxiety status were assessed using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale （MMAS-8） and the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA）. Based on nursing assessments and diagnostic findings， narrative nursing combined with motivational interviewing was implemented alongside conventional care （including dietary guidance， exercise， and emotional support）. This approach significantly alleviated the patient's anxiety and markedly improved treatment adherence.
