摘要

本文总结1例基于膀胱“经—腑—穴”系统辨证施护治疗尿潴留患者的护理经验。针对患者卒中合并尿潴留，结合其病因病机给予患者膀胱经刮痧、膀胱腑热熨等中医特色护理技术，经治疗后尿潴留的症状及体征消失，对卒中病情恢复起到促进作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with urinary retention treated via syndrome-based care rooted in the bladder "meridian-viscera-acupoint" system. For a stroke patient complicated with urinary retention， tailored Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—such as scraping therapy along the bladder meridian and herbal hot compression targeting the bladder viscera—were applied based on etiology and pathogenesis. Post-intervention， the symptoms and signs of urinary retention resolved， which also facilitated recovery from stroke.
