摘要
本文总结运用中医护理技术改善1例郁病患者躯体化症状的护理体会。患者以持续性情绪低落为核心表现，伴发头痛、失眠、坐立不安等躯体化症状。通过实施耳穴贴压、刮痧疗法及五行音乐疗法等中医特色护理技术进行综合干预，经4周中医护理门诊规范治疗后，患者头痛症状明显缓解，睡眠质量提高，情绪状态改善。本研究探讨了中医护理技术在缓解郁病躯体化症状中的应用效果，为临床护理实践提供依据。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques to alleviate somatic symptoms in a patient with depression disorder. The core manifestations included persistent low mood accompanied by somatic symptoms such as headaches， insomnia， and restlessness. Through comprehensive interventions utilizing specialized TCM nursing techniques—including auricular point pellet therapy， gua sha therapy， and five-element music therapy—the patient underwent standardized treatment in a TCM nursing outpatient clinic over four weeks. Results demonstrated significant alleviation of headaches， improved sleep quality， and enhanced emotional state. This study explores the efficacy of TCM nursing techniques in mitigating somatic symptoms of depression disorder， providing evidence-based insights for clinical nursing practice.
