摘要

本文总结手法通乳联合中药外敷治疗1例急性乳腺炎患者的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取手法通技术联合中药外敷，配合饮食指导、情志护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，使患者乳腺肿块消退并缓解患者临床症状，为急性乳腺炎患者的中医护理治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the therapeutic effects and nursing experience of manual lactation massage combined with herbal external application in treating a patient with acute mastitis. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing， interventions included manual lactation techniques and herbal external application， supplemented by routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance， emotional care， and health education. The treatment resulted in the resolution of breast masses and alleviation of clinical symptoms， providing a reference for TCM nursing in acute mastitis management.
