Nursing Experience of Applying Warming Yang Pot Moxibustion Combined with Auricular Acupressure Based on the "Root Reinforcement Theory" in a Case of Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea (Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type)
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a case of antibiotic-associated diarrhea (spleen-kidney yang deficiency type) with warming yang pot moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure under the guidance of the "Root Reinforcement Theory." During the nursing process, a comprehensive assessment of the patient's constitution and diarrhea severity was conducted, followed by personalized interventions from three perspectives: syndrome-differentiated nursing, syndrome-differentiated diet, and syndrome-differentiated techniques. The results demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine nursing effectively alleviated the patient's diarrhea symptoms while enhancing comfort and satisfaction, highlighting the clinical advantages of holistic TCM nursing.
