摘要

本文总结1例采用温灸神阙穴配合腹部推拿治疗痉挛性斜颈的护理体会。通过中医四诊合参进行护理评估，从生活起居、饮食护理、功能锻炼及情志护理方面对患者进行常规护理，在此基础上予患者温灸神阙穴配合腹部推拿治疗。经过12 d的治疗及护理，有效改善患者因肌肉痉挛引起的疼痛、焦虑及失眠的症状，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with spasmodic torticollis treated by moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） combined with abdominal tuina. Nursing assessment was conducted through comprehensive TCM diagnostic evaluation. Routine care encompassing daily living guidance， dietary management， functional exercise， and emotional care were provided. Based on this foundation， the patient received moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） combined with abdominal tuina. After 12 days of treatment and nursing interventions， symptoms including muscle spasm-related pain， anxiety， and insomnia were effectively alleviated， leading to improved quality of life.
