摘要

本文总结1例类风湿关节炎患者服用盐酸度洛西汀致药源性恶心呕吐的护理干预方案。在中医整体观念指导下，运用中医技术、芳香疗法、情志调护、起居锻炼四维干预，形成个性化护理干预方案，有效改善患者症状，降低患者在慢性病治疗中因药物副作用限制终止治疗的情况，同时为患者治疗期间的舒适度及满意度提供助力。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing intervention protocol for a rheumatoid arthritis patient who experienced drug-induced nausea and vomiting due to duloxetine hydrochloride. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， a personalized intervention plan was developed， integrating four dimensions： TCM techniques （e.g.， moxibustion and auricular acupressure）， aromatherapy， emotional regulation， and lifestyle adjustments. The protocol effectively alleviated symptoms， reduced treatment discontinuation caused by adverse drug reactions in chronic disease management， and enhanced patient comfort and satisfaction during therapy.
