摘要

本案例总结1例脾虚湿热头痛患者应用铜砭刮痧联合手指点穴治疗，探讨其护理措施、方法及护理效果。患者入院后进行护理评估，依据患者头痛原因及变化、中医辨证结果制定个性化护理计划，采取铜砭刮痧板联合手指点穴治疗，有效促进患者头痛缓解，好转出院。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the nursing management of a patient with headache due to spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome treated with copper Bian stone Gua Sha （scraping therapy） combined with finger acupressure. Upon admission， a comprehensive nursing assessment was conducted， and an individualized care plan was formulated based on the patient's headache etiology， symptom progression， and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation. The integrated intervention significantly alleviated the headache symptoms， leading to clinical improvement and discharge. This case highlights the potential of combining TCM external therapies for holistic symptom management.
