摘要

本文通过对1例风寒袭络型面神经炎患者的护理过程进行总结，探讨中药溻渍疗法在面神经炎治疗中的应用效果。通过辨证施护，将中药溻渍与常规护理相结合，患者面神经功能恢复良好，为中医外治法在面神经炎护理中的应用提供实践参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management of a facial neuritis patient with wind-cold obstruction syndrome， evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） herbal soaking therapy. Through syndrome-differentiated nursing interventions integrating herbal soaking with conventional care， the patient achieved significant facial nerve functional recovery， providing practical insights for the application of external TCM therapies in facial neuritis rehabilitation.
