摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合针灸治疗肝胃不和型胃痞病患者的临床护理效果。患者主要表现为腹痛、腹胀，基于中医辨证理论，采用中药膏摩治疗联合针灸治疗，同时配合生活起居、饮食指导及情志护理等常规护理措施。经治疗，患者腹痛、腹胀症状得到有效缓解，提升了患者舒适度，患者的生活质量得到显著提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing outcomes of a patient with gastric stuffiness disease of liver-stomach disharmony pattern treated with Chinese herbal ointment massage combined with acupuncture. The primary symptoms included abdominal pain and distension. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， the treatment integrated Chinese herbal ointment massage with acupuncture therapy， alongside routine nursing interventions such as lifestyle guidance， dietary advice， and emotional regulation. Following treatment， the patient’s abdominal pain and distension were significantly alleviated， enhancing comfort and markedly improving quality of life.
