摘要

本文总结1例中医手法排乳联合中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎的护理体会。护理人员先进行科学的护理评估，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取中医手法排乳联合中药外敷干预，同时配合饮食、情志及生活等常规护理干预，治疗2 d后患者疼痛症状改善，红肿消退，掌握正确哺乳姿势，乳汁量达到供需平衡。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management of acute mastitis using integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques. Following comprehensive nursing assessment and guided by TCM syndrome differentiation principles， a dual intervention protocol was implemented： Manual lactation drainage technique to resolve ductal obstruction. Herbal external application to reduce inflammation and disperse stagnation. Conventional nursing interventions—including dietary guidance， emotional regulation， and lifestyle modification—were simultaneously administered. Within two days of intervention， the patient achieved： marked alleviation of breast pain， resolution of erythema and edema， mastery of proper breastfeeding posture， establishment of milk supply-demand equilibrium.
