摘要

本文总结1例脑卒中患者口腔溃疡行中药口腔护理的护理经验。针对口腔感染风险因素给予自制的中药漱口液，预防患者口腔并发症的发生。采用含薄荷、黄芪、冰片、甘草、黄芩的中药漱口液，每日含漱3～4次，联合个体化营养支持及疼痛管理。治疗2周后溃疡愈合，疼痛缓解，人血清白蛋白恢复至正常范围，焦虑/抑郁状态显著改善。通过中西医结合护理，患者病情好转，口臭缓解，口腔pH值稳定在正常范围内，有效地改善患者的口腔环境，提高患者的日常生活质量，结果表明中药口腔护理可加速创面修复，改善营养状态，为脑卒中患者口腔并发症提供有效干预方案。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a stroke patient with oral ulceration treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） oral care. To address risk factors for oral infection， a self-prepared TCM mouthwash containing peppermint， astragalus， borneol， licorice， and scutellaria was administered 3–4 times daily， combined with individualized nutritional support and pain management. After two weeks of intervention， the ulcers healed， pain was alleviated， serum albumin levels normalized， and anxiety/depression symptoms significantly improved. The integrated TCM-Western nursing approach effectively improved the patient's oral environment， eliminated halitosis， stabilized oral pH， and enhanced daily living quality. The results demonstrate that TCM oral care accelerates wound healing， improves nutritional status， and provides an effective intervention for oral complications in stroke patients.
