摘要

本文总结1例运用艾灸联合穴位贴敷治疗前列腺增生所导致夜尿频患者的护理经验。通过艾灸与穴位贴敷的中医外治干预，结合针对性护理措施，患者夜尿次数明显减少，出院时已完全缓解。该联合治疗方案在改善前列腺增生患者夜尿增多方面效果显著，可为中医外治护理提供参考。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）-induced nocturia treated with moxibustion combined with acupoint application therapy. Through external Traditional Chinese Medicine interventions – moxibustion and acupoint application – integrated with targeted nursing measures， the patient's nocturia frequency significantly decreased and was completely resolved upon discharge. This combined therapeutic approach demonstrates notable efficacy in alleviating nocturia associated with BPH， providing valuable insights for TCM external therapy nursing practices.
