摘要

本病例为1例系统性红斑狼疮合并多器官功能损伤的青年女性患者，其特殊性在于病情危重且涉及多系统受累，对护理要求极高，该病例的成功护理可为同类复杂病例提供重要参考。通过多维度评估，改善器官功能、预防并发症等制定护理详细的护理计划，并采取西医护理与中医护理相结合的全方位的护理模式，最终患者症状改善，缩短ICU的住院时间。中西医结合个性化护理可有效改善此类患者预后的经验，强调综合护理模式在重症系统性红斑狼疮患者中的应用价值，为临床护理提供有益借鉴。

Abstract

This case report describes a young female patient with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） complicated by multi-organ dysfunction. The complexity of this case lies in its critical condition and multi-system involvement， demanding highly specialized nursing care. The successful management of this patient provides valuable insights for similar complex cases. Through multidimensional assessment， a detailed nursing plan was developed to improve organ function and prevent complications， incorporating an integrated approach combining Western medical nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques. Ultimately， the patient's symptoms improved， and ICU hospitalization duration was reduced. The experience demonstrates that personalized integrated nursing interventions can effectively enhance prognosis in such patients， highlighting the clinical value of a comprehensive nursing model for severe SLE cases.
