摘要

本报告旨在探讨中药膏摩联合耳尖放血对肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生疼痛患者的护理疗效。针对1例38岁女性患者，实施为期2周的中医特色护理，每周2次中药膏摩及每周1次耳尖放血治疗，辅以情志调摄及饮食指导。结果显示，中药膏摩联合耳尖放血能够有效缓解乳腺增生疼痛，其机制可能与调节局部微循环、降低炎症因子相关。该联合方案操作安全、患者依从性高，为乳腺疾病中医护理路径推广提供了一定的数据支撑。

Abstract

This report investigates the therapeutic efficacy of herbal ointment massage combined with auricular apex bloodletting for pain management in mammary gland hyperplasia patients with liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation pattern. A 38-year-old female patient received a two-week TCM-specific nursing protocol， comprising biweekly herbal ointment massage and weekly auricular apex bloodletting， supplemented with emotional regulation guidance and dietary counseling. Results demonstrated that the combined intervention effectively alleviated mammary hyperplasia-related pain， with the mechanism potentially linked to local microcirculation modulation and inflammatory factor reduction. The protocol exhibited operational safety and high patient compliance， providing empirical support for the standardization of TCM nursing pathways in mammary disorders.
