摘要

本文总结1例脑梗死恢复期患者中西医结合康复治疗的护理病例报告。患者因左侧肢体活动不利，伴言语不利5个月入院，接受中西医结合康复治疗。护理中，结合中医辨证施护（如针灸、耳穴压丸治疗、水罐治疗及中药内服）与现代康复手段（运动疗法、言语训练），制定个性化方案。经干预，患者肢体功能及言语能力逐步改善。通过此案例总结出中西医结合护理在改善患者功能障碍、提升生活质量方面的优势，强调辨证施护与康复训练结合的重要性，为同类患者护理提供参考，凸显中西医结合康复治疗在脑梗死恢复期的应用价值。

Abstract

This article presents a nursing case report on the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine rehabilitation for a patient in the recovery phase of cerebral infarction. The patient was admitted with left-sided limb dysfunction and speech impairment persisting for five months. The rehabilitation protocol combined TCM interventions （e.g.， acupuncture， auricular acupressure， cupping therapy， and herbal medicine） based on syndrome differentiation with modern rehabilitation techniques （motor therapy and speech training）， tailored to the patient’s condition. Post-intervention， gradual improvements were observed in limb function and speech ability. This case highlights the advantages of integrated TCM-Western nursing in enhancing functional recovery and quality of life， emphasizing the synergistic value of syndrome-specific care and rehabilitation training. It provides clinical insights for similar cases and underscores the efficacy of integrated rehabilitation approaches during the post-stroke recovery phase.
