摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合康复训练治疗1例气虚血瘀型缺血性中风—中经络患者的护理体会。在完善相关临床检查的基础上，结合中医理论进行辨证论治，采用中药膏摩联合康复训练相结合的方法治疗患者的症状，配合心理护理、饮食护理等措施。治疗后，患者气虚血瘀型缺血性中风—中经络的症状明显改善，生活质量得到显著提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating Chinese herbal ointment massage with rehabilitation training to treat a patient with ischemic stroke （meridian syndrome） of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Based on comprehensive clinical examinations and guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory for syndrome differentiation and treatment， the patient's symptoms were addressed through combined herbal ointment massage and rehabilitation training， supplemented by psychological and dietary interventions. Post-treatment， the patient exhibited significant improvement in symptoms and quality of life.
