摘要

本文总结1例双侧输尿管狭窄患者在围手术期接受中西医结合护理的临床查房过程。患者于入院后接受“机器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠代左输尿管术+右肾根治性切除术+肠粘连松解术”综合治疗。护理团队在术前基于整体评估制定护理方案，术中及术后实施个体化护理干预，结合中医辨证论治、情志调护、饮食指导及康复促进措施。护理过程中重点关注心理疏导、引流装置管理及肾功能维护，协助患者顺利度过围手术期并获得良好恢复效果。该病例为复杂泌尿系统疾病患者的中西医结合围手术期护理提供了参考，体现出传统医学与现代护理融合应用的临床价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing rounds for a patient with bilateral ureteral stenosis who received integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing care during the perioperative period. The patient underwent comprehensive surgical treatment， including "robot-assisted laparoscopic ileal ureteral replacement for the left ureter + radical nephrectomy of the right kidney + lysis of intestinal adhesions." The nursing team developed a tailored care plan based on holistic preoperative assessment， implemented individualized interventions during and after surgery， and incorporated TCM syndrome differentiation， emotional regulation， dietary guidance， and rehabilitation measures. Key nursing focuses included psychological support， drainage device management， and renal function preservation， facilitating the patient’s smooth recovery throughout the perioperative period. This case serves as a reference for integrated TCM-WM perioperative nursing in complex urological conditions， demonstrating the clinical value of combining traditional medicine with modern nursing practices.
