摘要

本文总结1例支气管扩张伴感染合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理过程，在常规西医无创通气支持、排痰管理的基础上，给予中医内服外治、饮食管理、呼吸导引及耳穴贴压等护理方法，突出中医以人为本、扶正祛邪的治疗理念，在减少痰量、改善呼吸衰竭及降低焦虑评分等方面有显著疗效。提示在临床工作中，中西医结合护理技术可有效改善慢性肺病急性加重期预后。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing management of a patient with bronchiectasis complicated by infection and type II respiratory failure. In addition to conventional Western interventions including non-invasive ventilation support and sputum drainage management， integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） approaches were implemented， such as oral and external TCM therapies， dietary management， respiratory guidance exercises （Dao Yin）， and auricular acupressure. These interventions emphasized the TCM treatment principles of patient-centered care and strengthening vital Qi to eliminate pathogens. Significant improvements were observed in reducing sputum volume， ameliorating respiratory failure， and decreasing anxiety scores. The findings suggest that integrated TCM-Western nursing techniques can effectively improve outcomes during acute exacerbations of chronic pulmonary diseases.
