摘要

本文总结基于“培土生金”理论，应用全息刮痧联合艾灸改善1例肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者症状的护理体会。针对患者鼻塞、流清涕及打喷嚏等症状，给予刮痧及艾灸技术，有效缓解患者变应性鼻炎症状，提高患者日常生活质量，安全可行。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of applying holistic scraping combined with moxibustion to improve symptoms in a patient with allergic rhinitis manifesting as lung-Qi deficiency-cold pattern， guided by the "Strengthening Earth to Generate Metal" theory. Targeting symptoms such as nasal obstruction， clear rhinorrhea， and sneezing， the integrated intervention effectively alleviated allergic rhinitis symptoms， enhanced the patient's quality of daily life， and proved to be safe and feasible.
