摘要

本文总结中医护理技术耳穴压丸、失眠推拿及穴位贴敷疗法干预1例痫证不寐患者的效果和护理经验。在护理系统评估的基础上实施特色中医护理技术，治疗期间加强患者生活、饮食及情志护理，患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分由19分降至10分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分由16分降至8分。中医护理特色护理技术对于缓解痫证不寐效果明显，且操作简单，效果显著，可有效缓解焦虑情绪，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the efficacy and nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—auricular acupoint pressing， insomnia-specific massage， and acupoint application therapy—to a patient with insomnia secondary to epilepsy syndrome. Based on systematic nursing assessment， specialized TCM interventions were implemented， complemented by lifestyle， dietary， and emotional care. The patient’s Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 19 to 10， and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score reduced from 16 to 8. TCM nursing techniques demonstrated significant effects in alleviating insomnia related to epilepsy syndrome， with advantages including simplicity， notable outcomes， effective anxiety relief， and improved quality of life.
