摘要

本文总结1例运用火龙罐综合灸治疗混合痔术后伤口疼痛患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取火龙罐综合灸治疗，配合实施中医特色护理、情志护理及饮食护理等。通过1周的护理干预，患者疼痛、焦虑症状明显缓解，该方法具有不良反应少、安全性高且患者体验感舒适等优势，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion therapy to alleviate postoperative wound pain in a mixed hemorrhoid patient. Guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing， the intervention integrated Fire Dragon Cupping therapy with specialized TCM nursing measures， emotional counseling， and dietary guidance. After one week of nursing intervention， the patient's pain and anxiety symptoms were significantly relieved. This method demonstrated notable advantages， including minimal adverse effects， high safety， and patient comfort， highlighting its potential for broader clinical application.
