摘要

本文总结1例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease， COPD）急性加重患者的护理经验，该病例在中西医结合治疗基础上，采用穴位按摩联合中药雾化辅助治疗，取得显著效果。护理方案以中医经络学说与脏腑辨证为指导，整合呼吸管理、营养支持及中医特色干预（如穴位按摩、中药雾化），最终实现患者症状缓解与呼吸功能改善。现将护理过程及体会报告如下，以期为同类病例的临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Based on the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment， this case was treated with acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine aerosol therapy， achieving remarkable results. The nursing plan was guided by the theory of meridians and organ differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine， integrating respiratory management， nutritional support， and traditional Chinese medicine intervention （such as acupoint massage and traditional Chinese medicine aerosol therapy）， ultimately achieving symptom relief and improvement of respiratory function in the patient. The nursing process and experiences are reported below， with the aim of providing reference for clinical practice of similar cases.
