摘要

本文总结1例慢性心力衰竭患者应用隔姜灸脐疗法，联合精细化容量管理治疗双下肢水肿的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上，通过实施隔姜灸脐疗特色技术，并配合容量管理有效缓解患者双下肢水肿，改善患者心衰症状，提高患者的生活质量，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a chronic heart failure patient with bilateral lower limb edema treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion on the umbilicus combined with meticulous volume management. On the basis of routine nursing care， the application of this specialized moxibustion technique， alongside targeted volume management， effectively alleviated the patient’s edema， improved heart failure symptoms， and enhanced quality of life. The satisfactory clinical outcomes suggest its potential for broader application.
