摘要

本文总结1例经典型热射病患者中西医结合的护理体会。患者为老年女性，基础疾病多，护理难度大。通过采取降温、呼吸机支持通气、扩容、补液抗凝、腹内压监测及肠内营养等综合治疗及护理，结合中医辨证，实施中医特色护理技术，即中药外治及内服、五音疗法，有效促进患者康复，并改善其生活质量。经过40 d的精心治疗与护理，患者康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing experience for a patient with classic heat stroke. The elderly female patient had multiple underlying diseases， posing significant nursing challenges. Comprehensive interventions were implemented， including cooling measures， mechanical ventilation support， volume expansion， fluid resuscitation， anticoagulation therapy， intra-abdominal pressure monitoring， and enteral nutrition. Additionally， TCM-based nursing techniques such as herbal external applications， oral administration of Chinese medicine， and five-element music therapy were applied to enhance recovery and improve quality of life. After 40 days of meticulous treatment and nursing， the patient was successfully discharged.
