This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing techniques for one stroke-related sleep disorder patient. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation nursing and scale assessments in related fields, the following interventions were integrated with conventional Western and TCM rehabilitation therapies: Auricular acupoint plaster therapy was applied to stimulate auricular regions corresponding to internal organs, aiming to harmonize visceral functions and balance yin-yang. Acupoint massage therapy targeted key sleep-related acupoints through pressing and kneading techniques to dredge meridians and regulate qi-blood. Traditional five-tone music therapy utilized ancient Chinese five-element music to soothe the patient’s heart-mind spirit, promoting mental tranquility and sedation. The combined application of these three techniques, alongside standardized daily routine guidance and sleep health education, yielded favorable clinical outcomes.
