摘要

本文总结经穴推拿联合中药膏摩治疗1例胃瘫患者的护理经验。患者入院后，在做好常规干预的基础上，基于中医辨证采取经穴推拿联合中药膏摩治疗，促进胃肠蠕动。通过精心护理，患者胃肠功能逐步恢复，症状显著缓解，预后效果良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with gastroparesis using acupoint massage combined with herbal ointment rubbing therapy. After admission， the patient received conventional interventions alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation-based treatments， including acupoint massage and herbal ointment rubbing， to enhance gastrointestinal motility. Through meticulous nursing care， the patient's gastrointestinal function gradually recovered， symptoms significantly improved， and the prognosis was favorable.
