摘要

本文总结应用黄连消肿膏联合氦氖激光治疗1例静脉留置针输注盐酸胺碘酮注射液致静脉炎的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，采用黄连消肿膏联合氦氖激光治疗，经干预3 d，患者右侧手臂处触之无硬结，手臂无红肿，皮温皮色恢复正常，静脉炎痊愈。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with phlebitis caused by amiodarone hydrochloride infusion through a venous indwelling needle， treated with Huanglian Xiaozhong Ointment combined with helium-neon laser therapy. On the basis of routine nursing care， the integrated intervention was applied， resulting in resolution of induration， erythema， and localized hyperthermia in the right arm within 3 days， achieving complete recovery from phlebitis.
