摘要

本文总结1例基于子午流注理论治疗颅内感染伴腹胀患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证论治，运用子午流注以“天人合一”理论为基础，结合应用隔姜灸、穴位按摩及穴位贴敷中医护理技术，调节患者肠胃系统功能，加快肠蠕动，有效减轻患者腹胀症状，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with intracranial infection accompanied by abdominal distension based on the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow theory. Guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and treatment， the approach integrated the concept of "harmony between humans and nature" from the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow theory. By applying TCM nursing techniques such as ginger-partitioned moxibustion， acupoint massage， and acupoint application， the patient's gastrointestinal function was regulated， intestinal peristalsis was enhanced， and abdominal distension was effectively alleviated， thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
