摘要

本文介绍1例Ramsay Hunt综合征创面修复的护理方案，针对患者带状疱疹所致右耳部、颜面及颈部肿胀、破溃、疼痛明显、伴有黄色液体渗出等特点，在使用抗病毒药物的基础上管理创面渗液，采用复方黄柏液涂剂、复方多黏菌素B中西医结合换药方式，结合精准疼痛干预，予心理疏导缓解患者焦虑。通过观察创面愈合情况，动态调整护理方案，患者颜面破溃皮肤痊愈，疼痛症状明显减轻，以期为同类病情护理提供实践参考。

Abstract

This article presents a nursing protocol for wound repair in a patient with Ramsay Hunt syndrome， characterized by herpes zoster-induced swelling， ulceration， severe pain， and yellow exudate in the right ear， face， and neck. Alongside antiviral therapy， the wound exudate was managed using an integrated approach of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， including Compound Huangbai Liniment and Compound Polymyxin B Ointment for dressing changes. Precise pain intervention and psychological support were provided to alleviate anxiety. Through dynamic adjustment of the nursing plan based on wound healing progression， the facial ulcers healed completely， and pain was significantly relieved. This case offers practical insights for nursing similar conditions.
