摘要

本文总结1例基于“扶阳”理论选择相应子午流注时间灵活运用温阳罐改善脾肾阳虚型五更泻患者的护理经验。根据中医整体辨证，针对本案例患者脾肾阳虚型五更泻的相关症状，护理人员基于“扶阳”理论，选择相应子午流注时间予患者择时应用温阳罐治疗，同时加强心理护理和饮食护理等，治疗后患者五更泻症状改善，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of flexibly applying Warming Yang Cupping therapy during specific meridian energy flow time windows based on the "Fuyang" theory to improve dawn diarrhea in a patient with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency. Guided by holistic TCM syndrome differentiation， the nursing team tailored the intervention by selecting optimal cupping times aligned with meridian circadian rhythms， complemented by psychological and dietary care. Post-treatment， the patient’s dawn diarrhea symptoms alleviated， and quality of life significantly improved.
