摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐联合五音疗法治疗混合痔术后尿潴留患者的临床效果和护理体会，旨在为此类治疗提供临床借鉴意义。护理人员完善护理评估，基于中医辨证施治，通过对1例混合痔术后出现尿潴留患者实施火龙罐联合五音疗法，观察其排尿功能恢复情况。结果显示，患者经治疗后立即自主排尿，膀胱残余尿量减少，疼痛症状及焦虑情绪缓解，护理效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical efficacy and nursing insights of fire dragon cupping combined with five-element music therapy in treating a patient with postoperative urinary retention following mixed hemorrhoid surgery， aiming to provide a clinical reference for such interventions. Nursing staff conducted comprehensive assessments and implemented the integrated therapy based on TCM syndrome differentiation. The patient’s recovery of urinary function was closely monitored. Results demonstrated immediate post-treatment spontaneous voiding， reduced residual bladder urine volume， alleviation of pain and anxiety， and significant nursing outcomes.
