摘要

本文总结1例老年糖尿病足患者行胫骨横向骨搬移联合VSD治疗的护理经验。护理要点包括通过胫骨横向骨搬移术改善下肢血运，结合VSD技术控制创面感染、促进愈合；针对老年患者特点，实施个体化血糖控制、疼痛管理、营养支持和情志护理；加强术后护理及术后康复指导，预防并发症。患者经61 d治疗后，创面愈合良好，血糖稳定，保肢成功，病情持续稳定，生活质量显著提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of tibial transverse transport combined with vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in an elderly patient with diabetic foot. Key nursing interventions included improving lower limb blood supply through tibial transverse transport and controlling wound infection while promoting healing via VSD. Tailored strategies such as individualized glycemic control， pain management， nutritional support， and psychological care were implemented considering the geriatric patient’s needs. Enhanced postoperative care and rehabilitation guidance were provided to prevent complications. After 61 days of treatment， the patient achieved successful limb salvage with well-healed wounds， stable blood glucose， sustained clinical improvement， and significantly enhanced quality of life.
