摘要

本文总结1例急性脊髓炎患者的中西医结合护理经验。在实施西医规范化药物治疗的同时，结合中医辨证施护，患者腹泻、尿潴留症状完全缓解，焦虑情绪显著改善，自理能力及生活质量明显提升。该方案操作简便、护理效果显著，患者及家属满意度高，可为同类病例的临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for a patient with acute myelitis. While implementing standardized Western medical drug therapy， TCM syndrome differentiation-based nursing interventions （including herbal therapy， acupuncture， and emotional regulation） were applied. The patient achieved complete resolution of diarrhea and urinary retention， significant alleviation of anxiety， and marked improvement in self-care ability and quality of life. This protocol is operationally feasible with demonstrated nursing efficacy， yielding high satisfaction from both the patient and family members， which may serve as a reference for clinical nursing of similar cases.
