摘要

目的

探讨1例中西医结合护理在老年泛发性湿疹合并皮肤真菌感染患者中的护理经验及体会。

方法

对1例具有多形性弥漫皮损、对称发作、剧烈瘙痒且易复发特点的老年患者，实施“涂（药膏）、熏（中药熏洗）、贴（耳穴压丸）”的中西医结合护理三部曲，并辅以五音疗法联合情志疏导的情志护理方案。

结果

患者皮损（红色斑丘疹、水泡、渗液及破损）显著改善，疼痛、瘙痒及焦虑症状缓解，治疗13 d后好转出院。

结论

中西医结合护理可促进该类患者病情康复，减少并发症，改善负面情绪，提升舒适度并缩短住院时间，为临床护理提供参考。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating an elderly patient with generalized eczema complicated by cutaneous fungal infection.

Methods

A three-step integrated nursing protocol—topical application （ointment）， herbal fumigation-washing， and auricular acupressure—was implemented for an elderly patient presenting with polymorphic diffuse lesions， symmetrical flare-ups， intense pruritus， and a relapsing course. This was supplemented with a psychological nursing regimen combining five-element music therapy and emotional counseling.

Results

The patient’s skin lesions （erythematous papules， vesicles， exudation， and erosions） significantly improved， with alleviation of pain， pruritus， and anxiety. The patient was discharged after 13 days of treatment with marked recovery.

Conclusion

Integrated traditional Chinese and Western nursing can promote rehabilitation， reduce complications， mitigate negative emotions， enhance comfort， and shorten hospitalization for such patients， offering a reference for clinical nursing practice.
