摘要

本文总结1例高龄患者髋关节置换术后谵妄的护理经验。通过实施超前镇痛、个性化心理护理、系统化舒适护理及分阶段康复指导等综合护理措施，精准识别并有效控制患者谵妄症状，缩短谵妄持续时间及住院周期，降低谵妄复发风险，提升术后肢体功能恢复速度，未出现严重并发症，取得良好临床护理效果，患者病情好转并顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with postoperative delirium following hip replacement surgery. Through comprehensive interventions including preemptive analgesia， individualized psychological care， systematic comfort management， and phased rehabilitation guidance， the medical team accurately identified and effectively controlled the patient's delirium symptoms. These measures shortened the duration of delirium and hospitalization， reduced the risk of delirium recurrence， and accelerated postoperative limb functional recovery without severe complications. The patient achieved favorable clinical outcomes， with significant improvement in condition and successful discharge.
