摘要

本文总结1例重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭患者的中西医结合护理经验。根据患者病情，实施气道管理、管路维护及皮肤护理等基础护理措施，同时结合中医特色干预，基于子午流注理论择时运用脏腑推拿联合中药灌肠技术，并辅以中药口服制剂。上述措施有效缓解患者的喘憋、腹胀及周身水肿症状，使其从呼吸机辅助通气顺利过渡至鼻导管吸氧，加速康复进程并显著提升生存质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Chinese and Western nursing approach for a patient with severe pneumonia complicated by respiratory failure. Based on the patient’s condition， foundational nursing measures such as airway management， tube maintenance， and skin care were implemented， alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） interventions. These included timed visceral massage combined with herbal enema therapy guided by the Zi Wu Liu Zhu （midnight-noon ebb-flow） theory， supplemented with oral herbal preparations. These interventions effectively alleviated symptoms such as dyspnea， abdominal distension， and systemic edema， facilitating the patient’s transition from mechanical ventilation to nasal cannula oxygen therapy， thereby accelerating recovery and significantly improving quality of life.
