摘要

本文总结1例高血压性脑出血患者的临床观察。对脑出血患者在住院期间采取适当有效的中西医结合治疗及护理，包括针灸、口服中药、中药塌渍及穴位贴敷等。经上述治疗与护理后，患者偏瘫及言语不利症状缓解明显，生活质量提高，最终平安出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical observation of a patient with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. During hospitalization， the patient received appropriate and effective integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatments and nursing interventions， including acupuncture， oral Chinese herbal medicine， herbal compression therapy， and acupoint application. Following these interventions， the patient showed significant improvement in hemiplegia and speech impairment， enhanced quality of life， and was eventually discharged safely.
