摘要

本报告详细记录1例重症肺炎患者在接受机械通气治疗期间实施俯卧位通气的全程护理实践。通过全面评估患者病情，制定并落实针对性护理措施，应用标准化的俯卧位通气护理流程，最大程度地减少并发症的产生，使患者氧合指数（PaO

/FiO

）改善，肺部感染得到有效控制，最终顺利脱机拔管。

Abstract

This report documents the comprehensive nursing practice for a patient with severe pneumonia undergoing prone positioning ventilation during mechanical ventilation. Through systematic patient assessment and implementation of targeted nursing interventions， a standardized prone positioning protocol was applied to minimize complications. The intervention resulted in significant improvement of oxygenation index （PaO₂/FiO₂）， effective control of pulmonary infection， and successful extubation.
