摘要

本文总结1例骨肉瘤化疗期患者采用耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷干预化疗相关性呕吐（CINV）的护理经验。基于中医“胃气上逆”理论实施特色外治法，结合个体化饮食调理、情志疏导及症状动态评估等综合护理措施。结果显示，患者呕吐症状及生活质量改善显著。本案例为肿瘤支持治疗中的中西医结合护理模式提供了实践依据。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with osteosarcoma undergoing chemotherapy-induced vomiting （CINV） treated with auricular acupressure and acupoint application. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory of "rebellious stomach qi，" the intervention combined specialized external therapies with individualized dietary guidance， emotional counseling， and dynamic symptom assessment. The results demonstrated significant improvement in vomiting symptoms and quality of life. This case provides practical evidence for the integrated TCM-Western medicine nursing model in supportive cancer care.
