摘要

本文总结1例中医特色技术配合治疗难治性高血压患者RDN手术围手术期的中西医结合护理经验。根据患者病情制定个体化护理计划，发挥中医护理技术的特色优势，通过中医辨证论治，运用穴位贴敷与中药膏摩等中医外治特色疗法辅助治疗，配合实施常规护理及术后护理等，疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western nursing experience during the perioperative period for a refractory hypertension patient undergoing renal sympathetic nerve radiofrequency ablation （RDN）. An individualized nursing plan was developed based on the patient's condition， leveraging the unique advantages of TCM nursing techniques. Through TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， auxiliary therapies such as acupoint application and herbal ointment massage were employed alongside conventional and postoperative nursing care， achieving significant therapeutic outcomes.
