摘要

本文总结1例混合痔内剥外扎术术后汗出不止患者行五倍子穴位贴敷治疗的护理经验，包括五倍子穴位贴敷的操作方法、贴敷时间、注意事项以及生活起居、饮食、情志护理等常规护理，在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性措施，患者汗出症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a postoperative hyperhidrosis patient after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy using Galla Chinensis acupoint application. The intervention included the operational method， duration， and precautions of Galla Chinensis acupoint application， combined with routine nursing care encompassing lifestyle guidance， dietary adjustments， and emotional support. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation nursing theory， targeted measures were implemented， resulting in significant improvement in the patient’s sweating symptoms.
