摘要

目的

探讨集束化护理模式在腹腔镜下次全结肠切除术中的护理效果及优化路径。

方法

选取1例接受腹腔镜下次全结肠切除术的患者，实施集束化护理干预，具体包括：流程标准化：制定术中护理路径图，明确器械传递、体位管理、生命体征监测等关键节点；风险精准防控：针对出血、压疮、低体温及心理应激，制定个性化策略；团队协作强化：通过术前和术中制度减少配合失误。

结果

患者接受治疗期间，未出现并发症，手术顺利完成。

结论

集束化护理通过系统整合循证措施，显著提升腹腔镜结肠手术的护理效率与安全性，其模块化设计可适配其他复杂术式，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the efficacy and optimized pathway of bundled care model in laparoscopic subtotal colectomy.

Methods

One patient who underwent laparoscopic next total colectomy was selected and received bundled care intervention. The specific measures included： standardization of procedures： developing an intraoperative care flowchart， clarifying key nodes such as instrument transfer， body position management， and vital sign monitoring； precise risk prevention and control： formulating personalized strategies for bleeding， pressure ulcers， hypothermia， and psychological stress； strengthening team collaboration： reducing errors in cooperation through preoperative and intraoperative systems.

Results

During the treatment period， no complications occurred and the surgery was successfully completed.

Conclusion

The bundled care model， through systematic integration of evidence-based measures， significantly improves the nursing efficiency and safety of laparoscopic colon surgery. Its modular design can be adapted to other complex surgical procedures and has clinical promotion value.
