摘要

本文总结1例多发性难治性跖疣患者中医特色治疗及护理体会。根据患者证型，辨证实施祛疣方浸泡、雷火灸治疗等中医特色治疗，指导患者规律休息，摄入健脾利湿食材并调整作息，加强活动指导和心理护理，有效改善患者皮肤不适症状，缓解疼痛，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the TCM-based treatment and nursing experience for a case of refractory multiple plantar warts. Based on syndrome differentiation， the patient received TCM-specific therapies such as herbal soaking with a wart-removing formula and thunder-fire moxibustion. Additional interventions included guidance on regular rest， dietary adjustments with spleen-strengthening and dampness-resolving foods， lifestyle modifications， activity recommendations， and psychological support. These measures effectively alleviated cutaneous discomfort and pain while promoting recovery. The case highlights the clinical efficacy of integrated TCM approaches in managing recalcitrant plantar warts.
