摘要

本文总结中药穴位贴敷治疗1例2型糖尿病腹型肥胖患者的护理经验。通过护理评估与辨证分型，在饮食指导、用药护理、心理干预等基础护理及健康教育措施基础上，联合中药穴位贴敷疗法，患者腹型肥胖症状显著改善，焦虑情绪得到缓解，护理效果获得患者认可。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus and abdominal obesity using traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application. Through nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， on the basis of basic nursing measures such as dietary guidance， medication care， and psychological intervention， combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy， the patient's abdominal obesity symptoms were significantly improved， anxiety was relieved， and the nursing effect was recognized by the patient.
