摘要

本文总结1例急性心梗PCI术后频发室颤患者，成功进行植入式心脏复律除颤器（双腔ICD）安置术，通过为患者实施阶梯式康复护理，根据患者病情动态调整干预措施，改善患者预后。护理重点包括急性期监护与抢救准备、早期肩关节康复训练及心理支持等。经干预后，患者未发生并发症，肩关节功能恢复良好，焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量均显著改善，随访3个月显示患者康复效果稳定。ICD安置术后应用阶梯式康复护理可有效促进患者功能恢复，改善心理状态，帮助患者加速康复进程。

Abstract

This report summarizes the phased rehabilitation nursing for a patient with frequent ventricular fibrillation （VF） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） for acute myocardial infarction （AMI）， who successfully underwent dual-chamber implantable cardioverter-defibrillator （ICD） implantation. Nursing interventions were dynamically adjusted based on disease progression， focusing on acute-phase monitoring， emergency preparedness， early-stage shoulder rehabilitation， and psychological support. Post-intervention， the patient achieved complication-free recovery， restored shoulder function， and exhibited significant improvements in anxiety， depression， and sleep quality. Three-month follow-up confirmed sustained rehabilitation outcomes. The phased rehabilitation approach effectively enhanced functional recovery， optimized psychological status， and accelerated rehabilitation in post-ICD patients.
