摘要

本文总结运用中药烫熨联合穴位按摩缓解1例肩手综合征患者疼痛的护理报告。在完善护理评估的基础上，经中药烫熨和穴位按摩及系列治疗护理措施后，患者疼痛不适症状明显改善，达到了良好的治疗效果。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of alleviating pain in a patient with shoulder-hand syndrome through herbal hot compress combined with acupoint massage. Based on comprehensive nursing assessments， the patient's pain and discomfort significantly improved after a series of therapeutic interventions， including herbal hot compress and acupoint massage， achieving favorable clinical outcomes.
